[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the detention order passed in Memo No.23/BCDFGISSSV/2017 dated 10.01.2017 by the Detaining https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Authority against the detenue by name, Anandababu, aged 26, S/o.Perumal, residing at Mariamman Koil Street, Banavaram Village, Arakonam Division, Vellore District and quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has contended that the Detention Order in question has been already quashed by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.904 dated 23.02.2017 and to that effect, a copy of the same has been submitted and this Court has perused the same and found that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed.

3. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
