For Petitioners : Mr.P.Prakash Paul COMMON ORDER The above petitions are filed by the plaintiff seeking a speedy disposal of case in No.7327863/G/2024 in ARC.No.116/2020 and case in No.7327850/G/2024 in ARC.No.271/2019 pending on the file of the Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes and Religious Endowment Department, Secretariate, Fort Saint George, Chennai-600 009. 2.It is their contention that the matter arises from out of the arbitration award of the chit Court. The appeal which is filed on 29.04.2024 is yet to be taken up for enquiry whereas, the respondent chit fund is proceeding with the execution proceedings. Therefore, a direction is issued to the Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes and Religious Endowment Department, Chennai to dispose of the appeal within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.The Civil Revision Petitions are allowed with the above directions. No costs.
