ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that some of the petitioners are dead and she seeks for a short adjournment to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioners. 2.

As seen from the earlier proceedings, on 04.08.2020 as well as on 03.09.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners. By order dated 03.09.2020, this Court had already dismissed the Original Petition as abated as against the first petitioner. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this petition. No useful purpose will be served for keeping this petition pending, as this O.P is of the year 2012.
