C O M M O N O R D E R In all these matters, award of the authority of the (Conferment of Permanent status to workmen) Act, 1991 has been put to challenge. Now, that the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/workmen as well as the management would submit that all these workers have been given the benefit of regularization by the writ petitioner/management. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
