Perused the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition.

2. The petitioner herein, who is the defendant in the original suit and lost the case in all the three Courts, has filed a petition to review the order passed by this Court on 15.11.2016 with the delay of 755 days. The petitioner has not stated any acceptable reason for condonation of 755 days delay except stating that due to financial difficulties, he could not arrange funds immediately to engage advocate in Chennai.

3. The order was passed by this Court on merit after hearing the learned counsels.

Therefore, the reason stated in the affidavit is not convincing and taking note of the inordinate delay of 755 days to file the review could not be considered leniently. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
