Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein from in any way insisting that the Central Hot Mix Plant and Paver Finisher should be of First Purchase for satisfying the condition of Proof of Ownership as stipulated in tender condition No.4(b) in tender Notice No.11614/SE/2012 dated 18.01.2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents from anyway insisting that the Central Hot Mix https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Plant and Paver Finisher should be of First Purchase for satisfying the condition of Proof of Ownership as stipulated in tender condition No.4(b) in tender Notice No.11614/SE/2012 dated 18.01.2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. The tender notification referred in the present writ petition was issued on 18.01.2013. The conditions in the tender notice are sought to be considered by the writ petitioner in the present writ petition. In view of the fact that, the process of tender had already been completed long back and this Court is of an opinion that the case arose for moving of the present writ petition became vanished.

3. Thus, no further consideration needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
