Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Upper Division Clerk with effect from 01.09.2011 and consequently to further promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant/ Data Entry Operator based on the petitioner date of regularization of the petitioner service with the 4th respondent on 01.09.2006 and the consequent merger of petitioner service with the 3rd respondent on 05.03.2014 with all consequential benefits and seniority.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petitioner, the petitioner was promoted in proceedings dated 27.02.2020. However, in respect of the other grievances, the petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.No.2740 of 2021 challenging the proceedings dated 27.02.2020 is pending. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
