This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.943 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 that the Page No.1 of 4

petitioners/accused shall appear before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.943 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 is relaxed.
