ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass appropriate order on the representation dated 17.08.2018 in respect of Chaverlet Tavera NE03 LS 1/3

PIOAA LMA Car registered in the name of the petitioner with RTO Red Hills vide registration No.TN 18 AE 8233, which was stolen from him and misused by unknown person after changing the number plate as TN 58 U 9965. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader(Forest) appearing for the respondent reports that after enquiry, the vehicle bearing number plate Reg.No.TN 58 U 9965 is ordered to be returned to the petitioner herein, vide proceedings dated 12.11.2019 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner and the copy of the proceedings is also served to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. In view of the order passed by the District Forest Officer, Tiruvannamalai District, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
