By order dated 07.08.2024 in TOS.No.17 of 2014, the plaintiffs 2, 3 and 4 were granted letters of administration subject to execution of a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the name of the Assistant Registrar, Original Side II, High Court, Madras. By this application, extension of time is prayed for to execute the security bond.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that she has no objection in granting extension of time.

3. Upon considering the reason set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the time for execution of security bond is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 16.04.2026 dpq A No. 1459 of 2026
