This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the Court made the following order:- This is an application seeking to condone the delay of 1509 days in filing the written statement and to direct the registry to take on record the written statement.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents would oppose this application on the ground that the delay sought to be condoned is very huge, viz., 1509 days.
4. In view of the avermtns made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay in filing the written statement is condoned, however, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) payable by the applicant/defendant to the respondents/plaintiffs, within a period of two weeks from today and report compliance to this Court.
