This application has been filed to permit the petitioner to take the evidence of Mr.Raghavan, the 3rd party to identify the signature of the Testator Jegatha in the Will dated 28.04.2009, registered as document No.43 of 2009 in Book III at SRO, Kodambakkam.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection in allowing the application. An endorsement has also been made by the counsel for the respondent on the application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this A.No.1440 of 2026 is allowed.
