O R D E R

It is represented by the counsel appearing for both parties, pursuant to the order passed in the execution petition, the petitioner has taken delivery of possession in the aforesaid execution petition. The respondents also filed affidavit stating that the petitioner has taken delivery of possession of the suit schedule property in E.P.No.147 of 2015 in O.S.No.220 of 2009 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram. The respondents have also filed additional affidavit by tendering unconditional apology.

2. Recording the statement made by the counsel appearing for both parties and affidavits and additional affidavit filed by the respondents, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
