Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for all the respondents.

2.This petition has been preferred for condoning the delay of 42 days in filing the Review Application.

3.For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has been made out for condonation of the delay caused in filing the review application.

Hence, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
