O R D E R

The Petitioner has preferred the Contempt Petition praying for passing of an Order by this Court in punishing the Respondents for committing willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11883 of 2013 dated 21.02.2014.

2. This Court by an Order dated 21.02.2014 directed the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G1) Department, dated 14.08.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.33 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 04.04.2012 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that they have considered the representation and the 1st respondent has also issued G.O.(3D) No.2, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW 7) Department, dated 27.01.2016. He has also produced a copy of the said G.O.

4. Since order has been complied with, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition and hence the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
