PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent police to register a complaint against Manalur R.Rajendran, pursuant to the complaints dated 23.02.2018 and take action in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to direct the respondent police to register a complaint against Manalur R.Rajendran, pursuant to the complaints dated 23.02.2018 and take action in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the complaint has already been registered in FIR No. 284 of 2017.

3. The present prayer seeking investigation against one R.Rajendran is a subject matter of investigation and this Court may not be justified in stepping into the shoes of the investigating officer to ascertain as to whether the said R.Rajendran is a proper person named in the FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
