Today Mr.Lakshmanan, Inspector of Police, Avinashi Police Station, Trippur Distirict, is present.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order dated 25.10.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23705 of 2016, has

been complied with, inasmuch as the police have completed the investigation in Cr.No.217/2016 and they have filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi on 14.12.2016 after serving a copy of the RCS notice to the defacto complainant/petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also produced a photocopy of the RCS notice, which has the date seal of the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, showing the date as 14.12.2016.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
