ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) When the above contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the order has been complied with, consequential benefit with respect to the fixation of seniority has not been given.

2.Admittedly, an order has been passed in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court in Rev.Appl.No.192 of 2013 dated 0202.2016. If the petitioner is entitled to something more, it gives a separate cause of action. Suffice it to state that we do not find any wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
