This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 26.02.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3551 of 2020 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted the letter dated 16.12.2021 sent by the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department. It is seen from this letter that the Principal Secretary has recommended for the inclusion of name of the petitioner in the Panel of Deputy Collector for the year 2019/2020 and the matter is now pending on the file of the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Page No. 2/3

Department.

3. In view of the above development, the respondent has complied with the orders passed by this Court and the same is recorded and this Contempt Petition is closed.
