Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of Notice No. 57 dated 23.09.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent under Sections 56 and 57 read with Section 85 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act, 35 of 1972 as amended in Act 22 of 1974) and quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's permission for demolition and reconstruction granted in accordance with the Planning Permit No.PPA/WDC03/04400/2011 dated 28.10.2011 and building plan approval No. BA/CD03/04616/2011 dated 28.10.2011 issued by the 1st respondent.
