2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

3.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
