S.A.No.584 of 2011 S.A.No.584 of 2011 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., After the pronouncement of Judgement, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant made a request that one year time may be granted for the purpose of vacating the premises, since the appellant was performing Christian Mass Media Missionary Activities.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent wants to take instructions and after interacting with President of the appellant, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that atleast 6 months time may be granted, for which, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that his client agreed for the same.

3. Accordingly, the appellant is directed to vacate the premises on or before 04.08.2023.
