This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register and investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2017 for the offences committed by the above accused Mr.Rohit Rabindranath, Mrs.Reenanath and Mr.Manik Nath and to take necessary action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
