Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Demand Notices issued in Na.Ka.15714/2004/B10 dated 31.07.2012, 27.08.2012 by the 4th respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to assess the Lease charge for regularizing the occupation of the lands by the petitioners Trust measuring
15 cents in S.F.No.251 of Souripalayam Village, Coimbatore South Taluk in accordance with law.

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Distraint Order issued in Form I in Na.Ka.15714/2004, A10 dated 12.09.2012 by the 4th respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein, to assess the Lease charge for regularizing the occupation of the lands by the petitioners Trust measuring 15 cents in S.F.No.251 of Souripalayam Village, Coimbatore South Taluk in accordance with law.
