The criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No. 314/2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20220002270/C 202500297, before EC Court, Coimbatore on 29.09.2025.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
