The above contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners for the non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 29.10.2013 made in CRP [NPD] No.1790/2006 by the respondent herein.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the entire arrears have been paid and the possession has been handed over to the petitioners. The said fact is also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
