The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.07.2018.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the Government of Tamil Nadu has issued five acres of free land to the petitioner's father, situated in S.No.200, Thirupalaivanam Village, Ponneri Taluk, since he was involved in Freedom Fight Movement and also a member in Indian National Army. After the demise of petitioner's father, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents herein to issue patta for the aforesaid subject matter on his favour. However, the same was not considered. Thus, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition to direct the third respondent to issue patta on his favour by considering a representation dated 05.07.2018.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.

respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2018 by conducting a detailed enquiry after giving due notice, affording an opportunity of personal hearing, to consider the relevant documents submitted by him at the time of the enquiry in regard to the subject matter property and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law and by following/observing the above principles of natural justice, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions. No costs.
