ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the patta has been changed contrary to the order passed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court during the pendency of the appeal.

2.This Court does not find any wilful disobedience involved. Admittedly, the patta was changed after the disposal of the suit, though the appeal was pending. 3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed, making it clear that the change of patta made by the contemnors is subject to the decision in the pending appeal.
