This petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P No. 30 of 2021 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Coonor and transfer the same to Family Court, Tirupur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. It is seen from the records, the respondent filed HMOP No.30 of 2021,on the file of on the file of subordinate Court, Coonor, for divorce. Now the petitioner living with her parents and her child and the distance between Tirupur and Coonor is nearly about 100 kilometers.
4. Considering the difficulties faced by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P No.30 of 2021, on the file of subordinate Court, Coonor and to the Family Court, Tirupur.
5Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of, and H.M.O.P No.30 of 2021, pending on the file of subordinate Court, Coonor, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tirupur. Further, petitioner is living with her child hence the respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/-as interim maintenance to the petitioner until modified by court of law. Further, the concerned Court is directed to transfer the records in connection with H.M.O.P 2/4
No.30 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the Family Court, Tirupur. No cost. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
