This writ petition has been filed directing the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017 for sanctioning agricultural loan to the petitioner and consequently direct the second respondent to initiate inquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 against 5th respondent.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent Society submitted that the loan was sanctioned in favour of the petitioner on 27.01.2020 and a sum of Rs.80,000/- was given to the petitioner towards loan.

3. A copy of the proceedings sanctioning loan was also placed before this Court and the copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
