(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Learned counsel for the respective petitioners seek permission to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous petitions with liberty to renew the prayer later. They have also also made an endorsement to that effect in the respective case file.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respective petitioners, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew the prayer if there is a change in circumstance.
