ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to forthwith unfreeze/unlock the petitioner's business bank account bearing No.00000044113609100.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate [crl.side] appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that there are more than 300 complaints and the investigation is pending, thereby pleaded to dismiss the petition.

4. On a perusal of the entire records and upon hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, it reveals that the account of the petitioner is facing more than 300 complaints, which is pending on the file of the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and the

investigation is still pending, therefore, at this stage, the prayer sought to unfreeze / unlock the petitioner's business bank account bearing no.00000044113609100, cannot be considered and the present Petition is liable to be dismissed.
