This criminal revision cases have been filed challenging the orders dated 01.02.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.200 to 202 of 2024 in C.C.Nos.356, 422 and 437 of 2006 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet, Tirupur.

2. The petitioners are the accused Nos.1 and 2 in the complaints filed by the respondents under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act which were taken on file in C.C.Nos.356, 422 and 437 of 2006, wherein, the petitioners have filed petitions in Crl.M.P.Nos.200 to 202 of 2024 to examine the defence witnesses, namely, Duraisamy and Lakshmi Venkataraman, however, the same were dismissed. Challenging the same, the present petitions have been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of these petitions, the trial Court concluded the trial in all the cases and convicted the petitioners.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as against the conviction imposed against the petitioners, the petitioners have preferred appeals in Crl.A.Nos.152 to 154 of 2024 before this Court.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 26.07.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ssb
