ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside docket order dated 29.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.172 of 2024 in CC.No.666 of 2018 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I at Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. A perusal of records revealed that after the order dated 29.01.2024, the petitioner appeared before the Trial Court and also filed a counter in the application filed by the respondent in Crl.M.P.No.172 of 2024. After having been appeared before the Trial Court and contended the proceedings under Section 340 of Cr.P.C, the petitioner, now challenged the order dated 29.01.2024, thereby calling upon the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.172 of 2024 in CC.No.666 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I at Coimbatore. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
