This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.27857 of 2013 dated 09.12.2013, which required the respondent to register a case.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that a case stands registered upon the complaint of petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in Crime No.1155 of 2015 on the file of respondent for

offences u/s.406 and 420 IPC.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, a case stands registered upon the complaint of petitioner. This petition shall stand closed.
