This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.395 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.395 of 2022, final report was filed through efiling on 27.12.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN-20220002162C202400376 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
