Respondents/ Defendants 1 to 10 PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 17.04.2013 made in I.A.No.627 of 2012 in I.A.No.205 of 2011 in O.S.No.90 of 2011, on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Namakkal. For Petitioners in both revisions : Mr.S.Mukunth For Respondents in both revisions : Mr.I.Abrar MD Abdullah C O M M O N O R D E R These revision petitions have been filed as against the order of the trial Court setting aside the ex-parte order passed in I.A.Nos. 204 of 2011 and 205 of 2011. Wherein the application in I.A.No.204 of 2011 has been filed by the petitioners/applicants seeking interim injunction restraining the respondents therein using the name of the petitioners sangam and another application in I.A.No.205 of 2011 has been filed seeking interim injunction
restraining the respondents from interfering with the administration of the sangam by the petitioners and to operate the bank accounts. It appears that those applications were allowed on the ground of non filing of counter.
2. Thereafter, the respondents filed applications to set aside the ex-parte order in I.A.No.94 of 2012 and I.A.No.627 of 2012. The trial Court allowed those applications, as against which the present Civil Revision Petitions have been filed.
3. I am of the view that since, the trial Court itself has given an opportunity to the respondents to participate the proceedings, the same does not require any interference at the hands of this Court. Hence, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the main Suit within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
