Mr.R.Vinoth Raja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would contend that on 01.11.2017, charges have been framed and proceedings have been taken on 02.11.2017 and hence, the matter is posted for evidence. As the accused has not appeared, NBW is pending.

The present criminal revision case is filed against the order passed in C.M.P.No.2531 of 2017 to dispense with the personal appearance of the accused. Even at that time of filing the petition, bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner and observing the conduct of the petitioner/accused, the matter was dismissed.
