This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct respondents 2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 24.11.2025 made by 2/6

the petitioner, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court."

2. The case of the petitioner is that her mother executed a settlement deed vide Doc.No. 3470/202023 dated 02.08.2023, on the file of the Joint Sub- Registrar II, Tiruppur, settling the subject property in the name of the petitioner. Since then, the petitioner has been in continuous possession of the property without any hindrance.

3. The petitioner would submit that the respondents have erected a transformer in her property, thereby obstructing her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 25.11.2024 to the respondents seeking to remove the transformer from the petitioner's property. However, there is no response on the side of the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025 has not been 3/6

considered till date, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same, within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
