This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.340 of 2025 dated 17.11.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of four months.
