Crl.MP.No.3153 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.151 of 2022 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., This petition has been filed to amend the offences mentioned in paragraph 1 o the Criminal Appeal No.151 of 2022 as "Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 & 307 of IPC, Sections 3(1)(za) (A) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1987 and Amendment Act, 2015 and Section 3(1) of the TNPPDL Act, 1992" instead of "Sections 147, 148 and 324 of the IPC, Sections 3(1)(za)(A) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1987 and Amendment Act, 2015 and Section 3(1) of the TNPPDL Act, 1992.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
