This application has been filed to amend paragraph 22 of the plaint and to add additional prayer.

2.Considering the nature of the relief and the amendment is sought only with regard to the relief of declaration of certain documents, which have been executed during the pendency of the Suit, this Court is of the view that the amendment as sought will not change the character of the Suit.

3.Accordingly, this application is ordered and the Registry is directed to permit the applicant / plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment and file amended plaint copy by 15.12.2023.
