Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orders of the second respondent passed in No.55(PDS)/2013,SC-II/279 dated ../08/2013, quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents not to issue any demand for supply of levy sugar more than the levy sugar obligation of the petitioner Sugar Mill situated at Karaipoondi Village, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that ITA proceedings were already initiated with reference to the petitioner-Company in ITA No.976 of 2019. Thus, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
