counsel appearing for the Transport Corporation has produced a copy of the communication from the Transport Department to contend that a sum of Rs.92,127/- has been paid to the petitioner on 3.1.2018 towards the total pension arrears payable to the petitioner viz., Rs.1,84,253/- and the remaining amount of Rs.92,126/- shall be paid by 3.2.2018.
In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition. Accordingly, it is closed.
