respondents 1 and 5; Mrs.P.Veena Suresh, learned Standing Counsel, for respondent 2; Mr.G.T.Subramanian, learned Standing Counsel, for respondents 3 and 4; Mrs.Shanmugavalli Sekar, learned Standing Counsel, for respondent 6;
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the construction is already over.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also present.
4. As the construction work is over, the relief claimed now would not survive.
5. In view of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
