Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in the notices bearing reference letter No.1509/CSC/TNeGA/2012 dated 28.11.2014 and quash the same as being untenable in law, arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to rescind/withdraw the impugned order dated 28.11.2014 and allow the petitioner to resume performance of contract pursuant to

the tender bearing reference No.TNeGA/1509/CSC/2012 dated 18.06.2013 and the LOA bearing reference Roc.No.1509/CSC/2012 dated 30.01.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
