C.M.P.No.4392 of 2023 in CRP No.2431 of 2021 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP .J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to strike out the amendments carried out in the schedule of final decree application as well as the schedule of original plaint, as per the direction of this Court in C.R.P.No.2431 of 2021 dated 09.11.2022 granting 14 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Considering the above, this Petition is ordered and time is extended for further period of two weeks to strike out the amendments carried out in the schedule of final decree application as well as the schedule of original plaint.
