2 MAYA VEERAPPAN [ RESPONDENT / DE-FACTO COMPLAINANT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Para 11(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.288/2020 vide order dated 27.07.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.K.RAJARAMAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of M/S.T.P.SAVITHA, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 11(iv), imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.288 of 2020, dated 27.07.2020.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 31.03.2021, this Court directed the Investigation Officer/ Superintendent of Police, Virudhachalam, to appear before this Court and as per the direction of this Court, Mr.R.Mohan, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Virudhachalam, appeared and submitted that the investigation was already completed and filed a charge sheet before the designated Court and the designated Court also taken the case on file in S.C.No.10 of 2021 and the matter is coming up for hearing on 04.05.2021.

3. In view of the above, this Court modifies the condition requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent-Police on Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., to one requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent-Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. The appearance of Mr.R.Mohan, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Virudhachalam, is dispensed with.
