O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The respondents, as per their own request were granted three months' time to take a consent decision, which has, however been taken on 11.12.2015 adverse to the petitioner. As to the merits of the controversy, that is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ not the matter for us to examine in this proceeding, but

the fact remains that the petitioner has been unnecessarily compelled to approach this Court on account of the failure of the respondents to take a decision within the time or even thereafter, when the notice was issued or without even obtaining any extension of time from the Court.

2. We quantify the costs of the proceedings at Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to be paid to the petitioner within fifteen days from today.

3. The Contempt Petition, accordingly, stands closed.
