This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the 2nd respondent to register a F.I.R as per the C.S.R.No.2245 of 2014, dated 28.07.2014 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard Mr.G.K.Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.2245 of 2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.2245 of 2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
